In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Charles William leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Charles William may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Koepfer and Dorothy Koepfer (Neumeyer); and his sister Linda LeJeune. He is survived by: his niece Sarah Damron; his nephew John LeJeune; and his brother-in-law David LeJuene.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the American Lung Association.

“I met Charles after doing a search of the previious ownera of a 1995 Corvette. I got a response from Chaz telling me he was the owner of the Corvette and gave me a complete history of the car. We stayed in touch on a regular basis and finally met at the DQ during COVID, It was a hot July day and we stood outside in the parking lot and talked for several hours. He gave me more history on the car. We met again last year. I am glad we met. A great guy and he will be missed. RIP. Garry”
