He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lee and Kathleen Charlotte Fletcher (Arter); his sister Norma Allen (Judy Fletcher); his sisters-in-law, Karol Henderson and Kris Prottengeier; and his grandchildren, Caroline, Daniel and Jacob.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Fletcher (Diana), Will Fletcher (Jessica), Scott Fletcher (Kelly), Susie Mitchell (Tom), Laurie Musgrove (Jesse), Laura Fletcher and Rick Fletcher; his grandchildren, Charles, Haylie, Robby Jr., Kelsey, Majesta, Jason, Alex, Nicholas, Ashley, Kyle, Broc, Trace, Mary (Evan), JJ (Lucy), Devin and Cassidy; his sister Cathy Jo Nordstrom; his siblings-in-law, Ken Prottengeier (Darlene), Karen Reynolds (Dave) and Katy Brown (Dan); and his close friend Scott Ruby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
