He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Williams and Evelyn Williams; his wife Sherril Ann Williams; and his brothers, Charles and Ray Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Zeisler (Bill) and Tod Williams (Kathy); and his siblings, Paul Williams (Barb) and Evelyn Kipp. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
