She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Phillips and Betty Phillips (Lloyd); her husband Allen; and her sister Sharon Russell. She is survived by: her children, Karen Hieskell (Steve), Susan Gardner (Dave), Patricia Brantley (Donald), Allen Hoar (Christina), Lewis Hoar (Susan) and Camille Arend (Tim); her sister Marilyn Hanscome (Craig); and her friends, Bobbie and Mike. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, friends, nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in her memory.
