She was predeceased by: her husband Michael J. Hager; her siblings, Bill, Earl, Chuck Wuertz, Lucille Mitchell and Linda Stander; and her stepmother Noreen Wuertz.

She is survived by: her children, Mike Hager (Julie) and June Howland (Daniel); her grandchildren, Mike, Kelli, Emily and Rachel; and her siblings, Mark Wuertz (Karen) and Sharon Slinker. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends.
