He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Vincent Neubert, Sr. and Eleanor Wetzel; and his wife Carol. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Papuchike, Dennis Neubert, Cathy Dudley (Ken), Chris Stuchel, Lori Neubert (Terri) and Keith Neubert (Kristen). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
