He was predeceased by: his parents, Loulie Fraley (Whitt) and Walter Fraley; his wife Janice M. Brown Fraley; and his siblings, Magdalene Weddington and Maynard Fraley.

He is survived by: his son Stephen Fraley (Susan); his grandson Guy Michael Mack (Heidi); his sisters, Mozelle Weddington, Lucille Dursch (Harold), Avinelle Blanton and Phyllis Adkins; and his nieces and nephews, Chuck Adkins (Stephanie), Scott Adkins (Cathy), Randy Adkins, Ronald Weddington (Fonda), Donald Weddington (Robin), Debbie Sparks (Ed), Rick Weddington (Robyn), Jackie Sizemore, Sheila Smith, Teresa Eubanks, Laurie Clark, Kristy Tabor, Valerie Tucker, Teresa Perseitz, Lisa McCann, Timothy Williams (Kim) and Chris Williams (Rhonda).
