He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Weaver and Mary Weaver; and his siblings, Donald Weaver, Margaret Flint, Faye Starkey and Charles Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Iada; his children, Stanley Weaver (Melissa), Bradley Weaver, Wesley Weaver (Tamara) and Jesalyn Weaver; and his siblings, Kenneth Weaver (Nancy), Martha Schaal (Donald), Mary Nuzum (Gerald), Avon Graham and Carol Houchen (James). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
