He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Notter Gross; his children, Dawn Zook (Michael), Doug Gross and Brian "Scott" Gross (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Trevor Zook, Andy, Zach and Meredith Gross. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
