She was predeceased by: her father James Miller. She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Blaine Duckworth Jr.; her mother Karen Haspeslagh Quinn; her brother James M. Miller (Kathy); her friends, Sue Walters and Susan Smith; and her parents-in-law, Jim and Jean Duckworth. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members.
