Hatfield (Ontario, Ohio), born in Maysville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 2, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Lori Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Kay Swain Hatfield; his children, Sharon (Marsha) and Larry (Jenny); and his son-in-law Al Lewis. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
