It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katie Belle Owens (Ontario, Ohio), who passed away on December 19, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russel Fultz and Maudie Fultz (Sharp); her husband Everett Owens; and her siblings, Billy, Paul, Gary "Cotton" Fultz, Lucille, Lucy Alice, Edna Fultz, Mary Tabor and Beulah Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Perry (Larry), Cathy Roberts and Chris Owens (Rick Heisel); her grandchildren, Jason Roberts (Dawn) and Cindy Phillips (Robert); her great grandchildren, Joseph Phillips, Brody Phillips, Elizabeth Roberts and Blake Roberts; and her siblings, Tommy Fultz (Loretta), Clinton Fultz, Joseph Fultz (Hazel) and Violet Butler.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the family requests that appropriate social distancing be observed.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
