He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence P. Daum and Ruth E.; his wife Marcella Jane Winningham; and his brothers, William and Gerald.

He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Young and Joann Adie (Craig); his brother Thomas Daum of Upland, CA; and his friend Judy Ehrensberger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Ohio Bird Sanctuary, 3774 Orewiler Rd., Mansfield, Ohio 44903.
