He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemoine "Lee" Hendrix and Martha Hendrix (Dawson). He is survived by: his wife Darlene (Mullins) of Ontario, Ohio; his sons, David (Heather Hendrix) and Daniel (Carissa Hendrix); his grandchildren, Kylie Hendrix, Sarah Hendrix, Matthew Hendrix, Ashlee Hendrix, Daniel "Danny" Hendrix, Jr. and Gary; his sisters, Jackie Spencer (Mike) of Reynoldsburg, OH and Louise Snively (John) of Hanahan, SC; his sister-in-law Diane Mullins of Akron, OH; his extended family, Joanie and David Worthen of Marion, OH; and his friends, Paul and Debbie Wilhelm of Akron, Ohio.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
