She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Chrastina and Zuzanna Chrastina (Pyszko); and her husband Bill Akers. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Higgins (Ron) and Becky Bryhn (Randy). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
