He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Chatlain and Elaine Chatlain (Uvanni); his stepson Justin Smith; and his brother Dean Chatlain. He is survived by: his wife Linda Chatlain (Reidenbach); his children, Duane Dinesen (Tiffany) of Broken Arrow, OK., Veronica Ponce DeLeon of Tulsa, OK., Kimberly Chatlain of Harpster and Matthew Chatlain of Harpster; his stepchildren, Steven Smith (Kelly) of Ashland, Lisa Hendrix (Dustin) of Holmesville and Shelli Stockmeister (John) of Bloomville; his brothers, Bradley Chatlain (Lisa) of Lewisville, TX. and William Chatlain (Judy) of Bucyrus; and his stepsiblings, Diane Moore (Rodney) of Powell and Bob Sidney (Kathy) of San Diego, CA.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, the St. Christopher's Fund, or Healthwell Foundation.
