Thomas Alexander Telatco Obituary
Thomas Alexander "Butch" Telatco age 71, born in Cleveland, Ohio on Nov 24, 1940 to the late Alexander and Mildred Telatco (nee Runyon). Thomas passed away Dec 26, 2011 at the Hospice of the Cleveland Clinic at the Renaissance in Olmsted Falls, Ohio. Thomas is survived by four daughters; Janet (Jim), Darlene, Tracy (Dave) and Pamela (Jay).
Grandchildren ; Natasha, Amanda, Michelle, Brandon, Kyle and Christopher. Great grandchildren Carlos, Isaiah, Noah, Jayden and Tyke. Sister; Marjorie Rubsam.
Aunt; Margaret "Margie" Adler. He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister June Waller. Devoted uncle, cousin and friend of many.
Loving companion of Lisa Bewely; His loving "Pal" and traveling canine friend Rowdy never left his side. Tom was the creator of Wopalula the Enchanted Planet an Imaginary land that he began drawing in 1988. Tom was a model builder, old car enthusiast and long haul truck driver for 35 years.
He pulled triples for Yellow Freight. Tom was artistic and loved to draw and color and would often send books of his Wopalula art pictures to the children at St. Judes Childrens Research Center. He had an incredible imagination and a passion for animals and cars.
He loved the warm weather and nature. He loved to rebuild cars, build model cars, planes and boats, build bird houses, ride his bike thru the Metroparks, he enjoyed going to flea markets, car shows, junk yards and traveling down south to Georgia and Florida to escape the cold winters in Ohio. He will be sadly missed by many.
