He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Rose. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his children, Ronald (Lauri Rowan) and Theresa; his grandchildren, Derek, Jarrett Fazulak, Anthony and Brandon Maher; his great grandchild Jaxson; and his brother Robert (Lynda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
