He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J Ohlsen, Sr. and Barbara Ohlsen. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Abby Ohlsen and Nick Ohlsen; his daughter-in-law Azure Ohlsen; and his siblings, Sue Kinder, Laurie Demchak and Ralph Ohlsen. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
