She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Kominek and Rita Kominek. She is survived by: her brother Donald; her sister-in-law Patty Kominek; her nieces and nephews, Laura Kominek, Sarah Santiago (Esli), Richard Waldecker (Juliann) and Donald Kominek Jr.; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Grayson, Annabelle, Lisa and Kass; and her friend Roseanne Schram. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
