He is survived by: his wife Karen Osipchak of Olmsted Falls, OH; his children, Christine Eicher, Donna Osipchak and Marc Ospichak; his granddaughter Amber Eicher; and his sister Mary Jane Kerchofer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
