He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Paloney and Dora Paloney; and his brothers, Wallace, Ernest and Elmer Paloney.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Munger (Mike) of North Ridgeville; his grandchildren, Brian Winners, Eric Winners and Nicole Stout (Brian); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Reese and Riley Stout; and his sister Irene Petrensick of Cleveland.
