He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Konrad Blank; and his parents, Ernest Knapp and Jessie Mae Knapp (Sage). He is survived by: his wife Irene (Blank); his children, Ernie Knapp (Julie), Tom Knapp (Sue) and Tim Knapp (Lori); his grandchildren, Sarah, Eric, Amy, Kyle, Tyler, Nick and Lily; and his great grandchildren, Augustus, Libby, Russel Knapp (Lou), Jack Knapp (Ginny) and Inge Moorman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and his extended family.
