He was predeceased by: his father Richard; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sons, Tim (Tina), Matt (Sarah), Clint (Rose) and Paul (Beth); and also, Maynard Sr. and Bernice Merrell. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
