It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Berchak (Olmsted Falls, Ohio), who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father James L Berchak. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie L Berchak; and his siblings, Timothy, Greg (Susan), Valerie Schmitz (Jim) and Christopher (Laura). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
