She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hothem and Florence Hothem; her siblings, John Hothem (Barbara), Gwendolyn and Sue Ellen; and her friend Judy Boslaugh.
She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Patrice Anne Vincent (James), Jennifer M. Telenko (Josh Haplea) and Elizabeth L. Stretavski (Michael); her grandsons, Sam and Dominic; her sister Carol Vaughn (late Edward); her cousin Jeanie Pollock (Gene); her nephew Mark Vaughn; her friends, Mimi Bercan, Pat Stang, Leslie Crowe, Barb Draves, Esther Yoder, Barb Zorn, Jo Grimes and Beany Gutzman; and her pets, Yogi, Osgrr and Oboe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clare Ave. Cleveland, OH 44110.
