He was predeceased by: his son Jason Leek; and his parents, Youells "Buddy" Leek and Leona Leek. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Perkovic; his granddaughter Hailey Perkovic; and his siblings, Jody Leek (Teresa) and Teri Leek. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
