He was predeceased by: his brother Robert; and his parents, Lawrence Evanko and Laverne Evanko. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Evanko; his children, Keith Galestock (Fred Kemp), Stephen (Marissa), Angela, Adam, Barbara Farnsworth (Dave) and Joseph Roberts (Casey); his grandchildren, Joseph and Yuna Evanko; and his siblings, David (Trish), John (Mary), Larry (Jo), Dennis and Mary Stanley (Dennis).
