Johnnie Mae Pilch, 92, of Olmsted Falls, passed away Friday, May 12, 2017. She was born in Demopolis, AL on February 10, 1925 to the late John Daniel and Josephine Belle Dutton. Devoted wife for 55 years of the late Raymond Pilch; beloved mother of John Pilch, Robert (Cheryl) Pilch, Patricia (Richard) Branaghan, Pamela (Gerald) Sinowetski, Penelope Pilch and Polly (Michael) Saltmarsh; loving grandmother of Ray, Renay, Zach, Brendon, Amanda, Abby, Jacob, Austin, and Avery Mae; great grandmother of Kari, Beckham, Bentley, Addyson, Ava, Oliver, Polly, Evelyn and Emerson; caring sister of Josephine Arant.
Johnnie was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Margaret and Bertha Pilch; and siblings, Ethel Rebecca Douglas, William James Dutton. She was a member of the Olmsted Falls Community Church and was an Eastern Stars. Johnnie was a homemaker who enjoyed baking, traveling and flying with her husband. She loved children and was loved by all who met her, she was a true southern belle.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 from 4-8PM at the Sunset Chapel 6245 Columbia Rd. North Olmsted, OH 44070 where services will be held on Wednesday at 10AM.
