David J. Hazard Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2017, at the age of 74, David J. Hazard (Olmsted Falls, Ohio), born in Denver, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Emily Hazard and Joseph Hazard. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Brett Hazard (Melissa) of Olmsted Falls, Kathleen Lange (Corey) of Mooresville, Gregory Hazard (Jodi) of Greenwood and Kerry Flynn (Stephen) of Sheffield Lake; his grandchildren, Zach, Mia, Nate, Alex, Charlie and Owen; his siblings, Mary Young (Robert) of Estes Park, Bruce Hazard of Colorado and Tom Hazard (Julie) of Colorado; and also Ave. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
