He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra S. Shinn (Gotschall). He is survived by: his children, Sandra M. Shinn and David M. Shinn; his father Robert R. Shinn; his brother Gregory A. Shinn (Margaret); and his former wife Francine Shinn (Virone). He is also survived by many aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
