He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde S. Stacy and Loa Stacy (Fenstermaker); his stepmother Mary Viola (Karg); and his brother Ralph Stacy. He is survived by: his wife Velma (Hall); his children, Doris Irene Herringshaw (Paul) of Bowling Green, Dennis Lee Stacy (Jane) of Old Fort and Douglas Lynn Stacy (Holly) of Old Fort; and his grandchildren, Sarah Brooks, Brian Herringshaw, David Stacy, Dawn Thayer, Darla Larson, Daniel Stacy, Dean Stacy and Diana Podach. He is also survived by Thirteen great grandchildren.
