He is survived by: his daughter Greendale; his wife Rose; his son John David Ciulla of Lawrenceburg, IN; his siblings, Ken (Pat) and Joyce Coffer (Larry) of Lebanon, OH; his sister-in-law Faye; his nephew Ken; his daughters, Ben, Jonathan Coffer and James; and his nieces, Andrea Coffer, Gretchen Coffer and Rebecca. He is also survived by Daughters; several great nieces and great nephews.
