It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Louise Moorhead of Okeana, Ohio, born in Hamilton, Ohio, who passed away on January 9, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Truster and Elma Truster; her husband John Upton Moorhead; and her brother Daniel Truster. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Tussey (Ryan), Sonia Lightfield (Clayton), Jane Zaenkert and John Moorhead II (Maria); her grandchildren, Joshua, Rachel, Shelby Tussey, Jesse, Kayla Lightfield, Trevor, Olivia, Michael, David Zaenkert, Leah and John "Johnny" Moorhead III; and her sisters-in-law, Doris Lincks and Carol Truster. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Butler County Fair in lieu of the Art Hall, 4-H.
