He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Kelly and Corrilla Kelly (Raisor). He is survived by: his wife Julie Kelly; his children, Mark Kelly, Michael Weisbrodt, Joseph Weisbrodt (Charlotte) and Julie Ison; his grandchildren, Emma, Miley, Mick, Dade and Cheyenne; and his siblings, Jeff Kelly (Jeanie), Minette Kelly and Teresa Wilhelm.
