She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Frank and Melita Frank (Skjoldager); her husband James Waggoner; and her siblings, Carl Frank and Joyce Gill.
She is survived by: her children, Darita Hall and Marcus Waggoner (Jeni); her grandchildren, Brandon Hall, Bethany Estes (Cody), Gabe Waggoner and Seth Waggoner; her great grandchild Orrick Estes; her sisters, Phyllis Ittel and Pamela Combs; and her son-in-law Richard Hall. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
