He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Smith and Dorothy Smith (Daulton); and his sister Delores "Dee" Woellert. He is survived by: his daughter Sherri Heid (Greg); his grandchildren, Olivia and Jacob; and his wife Nancy Woodin (Ledford). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
