It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Lewis (Ohio City, Ohio), born in Bluffton, Ohio, who passed away on January 12, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Frankhauser and Mildred Frankhauser (Cotant); her husband Kenneth L. Lewis; her sisters, Nancy Stewart and Rebecca Lien; and her grandson Cody Hurley.
She is survived by: her children, Bryan Lewis (Debbie) of Sandpoint, Bruce Lewis (Vicki) of Delphos, Brenda Hurley (Doug) of Colorado Springs and Brad Lewis of Van Wert. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
