He is survived by: his wife Judy Elaine Evans (Ferguson); his children, David L. Evans (Joyce) of LaOtto, Richard D. Evans (Karen) of Ohio City, Aimee D. Nofer (Jay) of Ohio City and Angela S. Miller (John) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Carl Evans, John R. Evans, Katie Evans, Emily Hall (Nate), Alyssa Evans (Jason Bleijerveld), Abby Reeves (Michael), Drew Nofer (Rachael), Brooke Nofer, Ryan Miller, Elena Miller, Shannon Riley (Andy) and Tim Wages (Beth); his stepson Shawn Priddy of Middle Point; his stepgrandchildren, Devin and Ashlee Middleton; and his sisters, Annabel Holland of Van Wert, Lois Linser of Van Wert and Ruth Etzler (Lloyd) of Convoy. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
