She is survived by: her parents, Eric Mathewson (Rachel) of Bluffton and Kimberly Cahill (Jason) of Oskaloosa, IA.; her husband David Riley Horn; her siblings, Vickie Bartlow of Lima, OH, Natalie Henderson (Daniel Cahill), Logan Mathewson of Ada, OH and Kylie Mathewson (Tony Mathewson); her grandmother Melanie Bendele (Robert); and her friend Chip Fifer. She is also survived by many other relatives, plus her countless friends.
