She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Overton Baxter and Esther Baxter (Sandy) of Virginia; her husband Dr. Charles D. Weaver; her grandson Jacob Dean Lichtensteiger; and her siblings, Mary Bowers, Phyllis Pickering and Robert Baxter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Loralee Lichtensteiger (Steven) of Convoy, Julia Callow (Kerry) of Ohio City and Kimberly Snyder (Jeffrey) of Sunbury, OH; and her grandchildren, Rachel, Danil, Dmitry Lichtensteiger, Erin Camenisch (Brad), Ami, Layne, Grace Callow, Sadie Taylor (Dillon), Carli Gallenstein (Tony), Peter Snyder (Jesse) and Natalee Skalko (Aaron). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
