She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh V. Ainsworth and Martha Helen Ainsworth (Wiseman); her husband LeRoy Edward Ernie; and her siblings, Thomas H. Ainsworth, John D. Ainsworth, Edwin Ainsworth, Mark A. Ainsworth, Donna L. Ainsworth and Annie Carr.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimmy Ernie of Ohio City, Lana Ernie (Richard Kadel) of Fort Wayne and Shawn Jones (Mike) of Ohio City; her grandchildren, Lance, Haley Ehrsam, Coby and Colson Jones; her great grandchildren, Harper and Laelynn; her sister Norma J. Bowen of Ohio City; and her siblings-in-law, Marjiann C. Noll (Duane) of Ohio City, Bill Carr of Ohio City, Joanne Ainsworth and Deb Ainsworth Owens.
Preferred memorials are to the Ohio City Fire & EMS Department and the Ohio City Food Pantry.
