It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eunice Y. Bernhardt of Ohio City, Ohio, born in Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on March 1, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Miller and Janet Ann Bennett (Miller); her husband Carl Bernhardt; and her sister Dawn Wallace. She is survived by: her children, Andrea Thomas Hein of Van Wert, Eric Thomas of Van Wert, Carla Bernhardt of South Carolina and Jesse Bernhardt of South Carolina; her grandchildren, Tanner, Janet, Gavin, Kordane, Ericka, Hope, Bella, Annamaire Thomas, Yvonne Buckley, Dravyn Lee, Jameson Smith, Kaylyn Smith and Charolotte Bernhardt; her great grandchild Ava Thomas; her siblings, Kevin Miller of Benson, Keith Fabian (Berna) of Wilcox Arizona, Holly Baird (Dave) of Delphos and Edward Bennett (Amy Kline) of Van Wert; her aunt Dorothy May of Van Wert; and her close friend Tony McAnally. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
