He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mike Foss and Cheryl Foss; his stepdaughter Vicki Yahn; his brothers-in-law, Wayne Miller and Kevin Miller; and his father-in-law C. W. Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Foss (Miller) of Ohio City; his daughters, Mindi Brinegar (Mike) of Mansfield, OH and Michaela Roddeberry (Christopher) of Kissimmee, FL; his stepdaughter Barb Clarkson (Jim) of Van Wert, OH; his sister Michelle Foss of Mansfield, OH; his mother-in-law Barbara Miller of Van Wert, OH; his siblings-in-law, Donna Miller of Ocala, FL and Kent Miller (Gloria) of The Villages, FL; his grandchildren, Evan, Olivia, Archer Douglas and Arieanna; and his pets, Belle, Reno and Griffin. He is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.
