She was predeceased by : her parents, John'Fred' Ainsworth and Phyllis L. Ainsworth (Prichard); and her brother Donald Ainsworth. She is survived by : her husband John H. Hoffman; her children, Todd H. Hoffman of Orland, Travis H. Hoffman (Makenzie) of Van Wert, Kelly J. Parrish (Jason) of Ohio City, Lisa M. Butler (Dale) of Ohio City, Sheri D. Taylor (Matt) of Van Wert and Leslie R. Craft (Brian) of Bowling Green, Ohio; her grandchildren, Ryan Parrish (Katie), Ashley Parrish, Lauren Parrish, Whitney Sealscott (Steve), Danielle Parrish (Andy), Tisha Parrish, Chloe Butler (Nathan), Livia DeVoe (Kale), Claire Butler (Mark), Ella Butler (Ryan), Jayden Taylor (Ellen), Brandt Taylor (Toni), Harper Cromley (Mitch), Trevor Craft, Tucker Craft, Kendall Hoffman and Ainsley Hoffman; and her siblings, Mike Ainsworth (Connie) of Ohio City and Barbara Mager of Danbury, Texas.. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 13th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Van Wert Wassenberg Art Center (214 S Washington St, Van Wert, OH 45891).
