She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Ray and Goldie Lucille Duncan (Britton); and her siblings, Jeannebelle Lee Duncan, Raymond Leroy Duncan, Richard Kenneth Duncan, Johnnie Ray Duncan and Vernon Francis Duncan.
She is survived by: her husband Jack J. Brown; her son Aaron D. Brown (Dawn) of Ohio City; her brother Ora Charles Duncan; her grandchildren, Malorie Brown, Garrett Brown (Jayla), Brooke Phillips (Corbin) and Ben Brown (Chamberlynn Couts); her great grandchildren, Jace, Kyson, LeeAnna Brown, Emerson Brown and Hudson Phillips; her sister-in-law Judy Rutledge; her niece Vicky Bihn (Steve); and her nephews, Paul Rutledge (Cheryl) and Kevin Dawson (Bobbi).
