He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Julie Maynard (Tom), Sandra Gross (Derik), Kelly Stevens (Kendall) and Fred Stires; his grandchildren, Tommy Maynard (Maddy), Tyler Maynard (Morgan), Jacob Maynard (Yasmine), Jeremy Maynard (Brooke) and Ashley Fout (Tony); and his siblings, Danny Terry (Judy) of Ashland, KY, Phyllis Rose of Columbus, OH, Cecilia Stout (Charlie) of Ashland, KY, Hazel Wellman of Catlettsburg, KY, Brenda Lewis (Emerson) of Grayson, KY, Jackie Myers (Bob) of Ashland, KY and Jennifer Blevins (Ernie) of Grayson, KY.. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
