He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lee Johnson Collins. He is survived by: his children, Lori Lee Mescher (Eric) of Columbus and Edward Lee Collins of Obetz; his grandchildren, Tate, Derrick Ratlif, Sarah Albert Collins and Mason Mescher; and his great grandchildren, Ryder, Pyper Mescher, Tanner, Alexis, Zander, Anna Ratlif and Zachary Blankenship.
