We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Janet Carpenter of Obetz, Ohio, born in Cedar Grove, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Leonard Keeling; her husband Charles Carpenter; her daughter Paula Carpenter; and her siblings, Kathleen Nolan, Jack and Leon Keeling.
She is survived by: her daughter Betsy Bellar; her grandchildren, Grant Bellar and Brooke Bellar; and her son-in-law Ron Bellar. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
