She was predeceased by: her parents, George Caldwell and Bertha Caldwell; her former husband Henry Fred Crabtree; her close friend Herman Chandler; her siblings, Betty Martin, Sylvia Hale, Molly Brewer and William Caldwell (Bill); her son George Crabtree (Willy); and her grandchildren, Justin Crabtree and Amber Vernon.
She is survived by: her children, Fredrick Crabtree (Bonnie), Andrea Vernon (Terry) and Sandrea Marioth. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
A memorial tribute to celebrate Hazel's life will be held on Monday, September 9th, 2024 from 5 pm- 8 pm at O.R. WOODYARD Funeral Home 587 Main St, Groveport, OH 43125.
